Loyalty Rewards & Points Program

MST Mint provides a unified loyalty point ledger. Points accumulated at any partner vendor represent promotional discounts valid exclusively for redemption within participating network outlets in India.

Points hold zero cash valuation, are non-transferable between members unless specifically facilitated by official portal features, and do not represent any currency or debt claim against MST Mint or participating merchants.

Your account identifier is linked directly to your +91 mobile number, mirroring Indian digital payment conventions. Verification is managed via secure OTP validation.

MST Mint points do not expire under normal parameters. However, MST Mint reserves the right to audit, lock, or void points balances if fraudulent scanning, system exploits, or merchant-shopper collusion is detected.

Data Protection and Consent

By creating an account and participating in the rewards program, you provide your free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as governed by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act 2023).

Merchant Obligations

Participating merchant partners agree to honor active reward voucher codes presented by customers in accordance with listed category thresholds. Merchants are solely responsible for setting clear reward rates and maintaining quality service levels.
