This month, we sit down with Liam and Priya, the duo behind **The Chai Tapi**, one of Bengaluru's most popular organic tea and snacking destinations.

Sourcing Local Tea Leaves "We started with a simple idea," Liam explains. "We wanted to connect city dwellers with organic tea growers in Assam. Every single cup of saffron cutting chai we brew starts with fresh ingredients harvested in a sustainable manner."

Growing with the Community As small business owners, standing out against national chains was difficult. "Joining MST Mint was a turning point," Priya says. "Suddenly, we were visible to gym members, fuel station customers, and grocery shoppers who had points they wanted to spend. Over 30% of our new customers found us directly through the Mint directory!"
